110-300-0165(2)(c) Extension cord observed in the emergency exit pathway. 110-300-0165(3)(a) Arborist saw observed in the emergency exit pathway. 110-300-0165(3)(b) Observed a plugged in smoker in the emergency pathway. Dispute Description: The smoker was not in liscnsed space. and was not in the the pathway. It is stored and used next to the path way. It was not on or hot. No child was in danger of a burn. The yard tools were not acessable to children in care. The tools (including arborist saw) were in a bucket on a raised surface.next to the pathway. They were in the side yard not in liscensed space. An egress path was avaiable. Emergency pathways are to be be used under the direct supervision of staff as they lead to unlicensed space, Such as unfenced areas and out to the road..
